Azimuth CNC offers medical component machining for medical equipment parts that require high precision and close attention to every detail. Our experience has taught us how to produce parts that meet your specifications, on time and on budget.

We have wide experience machining high precision parts for the medical equipment industry, including prototype parts and short run production parts. We've also done complete process development to help customers bring new products to market.

We have experience with unusual materials like titanium, tungsten and various plastics. To meet your requirements, we can also supply secondary and finishing operations like anodizing, heat treating and polishing.

Medical Component Examples

Part: Component of medical diagnostic testing equipment
Material: 6061 aluminum, anodized after machining
Dimensions: 4-3/4 x 3-1/2 x 1"
This part was machined in two set- ups, even though it has machined features on all six sides. Many of the holes and pockets are at compound angles, and all have tight tolerances.
This is the reverse side of the same part, showing more angled high precision holes and pockets.

Preferred File Formats

You can send CAD drawings and models by email if they are 10Mb or smaller in size, or upload to our FTP site if they are larger than 10Mb.We prefer the native file format. Digital formats we can handle include:
